Abstract : This study aimed to explore Saudi Academic Women in the Information & Knowledge society by studying their information seeking behavior & job satisfaction when the fulfill their information needs in teaching & researching. This study used the method of use`s study and survey methods, questionnaire was distributed in all LIS & IS departments in Saudi Universities. Comparative method was also used to compare between their extent of use. The most important finding showed low degree of seeking behavior and satisfaction in authorities or having a leader position when they feel that they are less representing in decision making.
